My name is Hugo Trinquier. I have been passionate about cooking for as long
as I can remember. At the age of nine I was already preparing the Sunday night
dinner for my family. However, it took me some time to become a professional
chef.
I have started my career in 1996 in Lyon, where I worked at “La voute chez lea”,
“Leon de Lyon” and “l Alexandrin”. Then I went to the APFA Culinary School in
Lyon. After receiving my diploma, I worked as a chef for seven years in the
French Alps, Lyon and Corsica.
Besides cooking, there is something else that I love to do: traveling abroad. I try
to travel as often as I can, to meet different people, different cultures, and
different culinary customs. One of these trips eventually led me here to New
York, where I got the opportunity to share my passion for food and wine with
ardent New Yorkers.
In addition to private cooking classes and wine classes, I also offer my services
as a private chef and consultant chef. Do not hesitate to contact me for more
information.
